Replies

KCK cannot currently promise a fixed reply time. A clear subject and concise message will help the organisation route your enquiry.

Before you send a message

Include enough information for KCK to understand the request, but do not send unnecessary personal data. For an organisational enquiry, include your organisation, audience, purpose and proposed contribution. For a media request, include the outlet, topic, format and deadline.

Do not include medical records, scans, test results, genetic information, identity documents, payment-card details, passwords or another person’s private information.

Contacting KCK about a correction

Send the address of the page, the exact wording that appears inaccurate or unclear and, if available, a source that explains the concern. Do not include a personal medical history to demonstrate the point.

KCK will route the message to the owner of the information. A medical correction needs clinical review. A material published change should carry a dated correction note.

Contacting KCK about collaboration

Use Work with us when you have an organisational proposal. It explains what to include about the audience, public benefit, contribution, timing, funding and responsibilities so KCK can assess the idea.
